Revival Week Scavenger Hunt — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASING PIZZA, MERCHANDISE, GAMING CREDITS, WRISTBANDS, OR ANYTHING ELSE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Event period

The hunt runs Aug 9–15, 2026, in Virginia Beach, Virginia (the “Event Period”). Scans and gameplay outside the Event Period do not earn points. The hunt concludes with the Revival Week Finals on Saturday, August 15, 10AM–2PM at DraftCade, 4554 Virginia Beach Blvd., Suite 100, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 13 or older participating in person in the Virginia Beach area. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission, and a parent or legal guardian may be required to approve or claim certain prizes on their behalf. Employees of Gamebient and participating Game Point businesses may play but are not eligible for prizes. Void where prohibited.

3. One player, one account

Use one identity throughout Revival Week. Multiple accounts or devices used to gain additional entries, points, or competitive advantages may result in disqualification.

4. How to earn points

Scan the official Revival Week QR code at any participating Game Point to earn 100 points per location (first scan only; one scan per location per player). Playing the free featured game at a location for at least 60 seconds earns a one-time 50-point bonus at that location. Milestone bonuses: 5 locations = +250, 10 locations = +500, 20 locations = +1000. All games are free to play; no purchase of any kind earns points. All competitions are decided by verified point totals — in-game scores are not collected or submitted. Legitimate repeat play is welcome, but each location counts once toward your point total even if you play there multiple times.

5. Location verification

Visit Game Points during normal business hours. When you scan, your device may share its location once to verify you are at the Game Point. Scans without location verification are provisionally recorded and reviewed before prizes are awarded. Scans determined not to have been made in person will be removed. Automated, scripted, or bulk scanning is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

6. Identity and the leaderboard

Anonymous progress is tracked on your device and appears on the public leaderboard under a generated "anon" handle. To show a display name or claim any prize you must create a free account and choose one. Offensive display names may be changed or removed by the organizers. Public leaderboard standings are unofficial until verified by the organizers.

7. Prizes

Revival Week includes different types of prizes. Leaderboard prizes are awarded to the highest verified point totals at the end of the Event Period. Scavenger-hunt prizes are awarded for completing designated Game Points or objectives. Raffle and door prizes: each verified location visited during the Event Period earns one free raffle entry; winners are drawn at random and notified via their account email. No purchase improves your odds. All prizes — leaderboard, scavenger-hunt, raffle and door prizes, and the Papa Johns competition — must be claimed in person at the Revival Week Finals on Saturday, August 15, 10AM–2PM at DraftCade. Winners not present to claim a prize forfeit it, and the organizers may redraw or re-award it. Papa Johns competition: the Free Pizza for a Year prize (12 free pizzas, valid at all Hampton Roads locations) is awarded to the highest verified eligible overall point total; no pizza purchase is necessary to compete. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

8. Ties

If two players finish with the same verified point total, the player who reached that total first will normally win the tiebreaker. The organizers may use another skill-based tiebreaker when necessary.

9. Respect our Game Point partners

Do not trespass, enter restricted areas, interfere with employees or customers, move or damage QR signs, or visit locations outside permitted hours.

10. Stay safe

Revival Week is not a race between locations. Never scan, play, or use the Revival Week platform while driving. Park safely before using your phone.

11. Technical problems

If a Game Point goes offline, a business closes unexpectedly, or a verified technical issue prevents participation, the organizers may relocate, replace, waive, extend, or otherwise adjust that Game Point to keep the hunt fair.

12. Winner verification and general conditions

All winners and winning point totals are subject to verification by the organizers before prizes are awarded. Organizers may disqualify any participant for cheating, tampering, or violation of these rules — including bots, scripts, point manipulation, QR spoofing, duplicate accounts, hacking, or exploiting bugs — and may adjust recorded points to correct errors or remove invalid scans. Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules. Participating businesses are not sponsors of, and bear no responsibility for, prize fulfillment. Questions: revival@breadheads.app.
